How it works

Build the week
Add a departure on its day, then move, copy or remove it in place. A course session or a multi-day trip is one departure with one roster.
Repeat the regulars
Set a trip to run every Saturday, on Mondays and Thursdays, or daily. The series rolls forward on its own and edits as one.
Crew every boat
Assign captains, instructors and divemasters, with an instructor on every course session. The same person on two boats at once is refused, and a later change that overlaps them is flagged.

What if a boat fills and divers keep asking?: A full departure with a long wait list suggests adding another boat or a second departure, and when someone cancels, staff invite whoever on the list fits.
Can staff see their trips in their own calendar?: Yes. Each staffer can subscribe to departures in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
What if a trip doesn’t get enough divers?: Give it a minimum and a time to decide by. If the minimum isn’t met by then, the departure cancels itself, emails each diver on it and refunds their card payments.
