How it works

The departure sets the bar
Pick the level a departure needs and any Deep, Wreck, Night or Drysuit card, on the departure or on its sites. A departure can also require a nitrox card.
Cards come in with the diver
Divers add their agency, level and number from their trip link after they book, and staff mark a card certified once they’ve checked it with the agency.
Desk and dock read the same answer
Each diver reads Ready or Blocked everywhere they appear, and at the dock the roll call won’t mark a diver aboard until they’re cleared.

Certification cards recorded by agency, level and number. A card a diver enters counts only once a person has checked it, and imported cards are marked imported
Cards from PADI, SSI, NAUI, SDI, TDI, CMAS, RAID, GUE, BSAC, NSS-CDS, NACD and IANTD, and from any other agency as Other agency
Level, Deep, Wreck, Night, Drysuit, nitrox and site gates in one readiness answer, plus a course’s minimum age where a date of birth is on file
Nitrox as a per-booking request, re-checked against the card every time it’s read

Questions shops ask

Can I bring my divers’ cards over from my current system?: Yes. The importer brings certification records across from your old system’s export. Level cards count as they stood there, marked imported, and a nitrox or specialty card waits until a staff member confirms it.
What about a diver halfway through a course?: If they’re booked on a course that brings them to the level and finishes before the dive, the seat can be sold, and boarding waits for the new card.
Does nitrox need its own card?: Yes, a nitrox card on file. A request is checked against it every time the roster is read, and a diver without a checked card is planned on air. RAID and GUE teach nitrox inside the level card, so staff record that card’s number as the nitrox card.
