In the hours around a departure, its Divers tab shows the count and a Check in tap beside every diver who’s ready, each with an undo.
A blocked diver’s row carries its own fix: send the waiver, record a paper release, take the payment or confirm who they are.
Add a walk-in from the tab, or let them fill in their details on their own phone from the code on your counter, then seat them. Once the boat’s time passes, Not here? frees the seat and shows who is waiting for it.
